| COMMENTS: We are pleased to announce the arrival of the bull J.R. Blue Rendezvous to our farm. This is a bull I'd considered a year ago and always wondered how he was turning out. When I saw updated pictures of him and learned his horns were measuring 65" T2T before his 3rd birthday, I knew it was time to snatch him up before someone else did! We are very pleased with his body size and muscularity, color and horn. For me this bull represents the 'total package' that so many breeders strive for. We are using him on some beef heifers to produce our Crossbred calves in addition to about half the Registered Longhorn herd. His very first calves ever will arrive in Spring '09 and we are excited to see what he will give us! |
